lesson plans every lesson

    Headteacher hinted at it today, is anyone at schools were this happens?! Already work all hours under the sun

    Oh Brother!!!
    So who is going to check all of these lesson plans - there would be 1000's each week !!!
    At an old school of mine they bought this in. My colleague decided to test the system and handed in a batch of lesson plans that were all the same. Did they notice? Not a bit of it!!
    Waste of time, particularly when you probably have a SoW, lessons organised and objectives known and explicit.
    IMHO we are becoming like the new blue collar workers, churning out forests of paper that are worthless, taking us away from our central job of developing the whole child.
    Can't take much more !!
