Lesson observations

Discussion in 'Early Years' started by roliepolieolie2, Jun 21, 2011.

  1. Hi
I job share in the Foundation Stage and currently work half of the week. Our head teacher wants to carry out (more) lesson observations before the end of term. As I only work 0.5, half the hours of other members of staff, do I have the right to say I should have half the amount of lesson observations in an academic year, or is this not the case?

No, you have no such right. The head can observe you as much as s/he likes.
