Lesson Observation Inspiration

I have a lesson observation this week - after only 27 years of teaching you'd think it wouldn't bother me any more but I find when I'm planning for an observation my mind goes blank and I am devoid of any ideas. It is Spanish (I'm a French specialist) Y11 ab initio GCSE group - a class of 7 able but not very imaginative students. I am slightly flexible on my topic; school rules or uniform are probably my best options. We are all supposed to plan our lessons to the TEEP model and I find I am bending my lesson to fit it in. I would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions for activities which are a bit more creative on either of these topics.
    Thanks.

There is a Euro-news 'Learning World' segment about uniforms etc.but the language level is probably a bit beyond your Y11. It may give you some ideas though.
This is the (dubbed) Spanish version
There is a drop box at the top of the page to change the language
