leaving and pregnant - my rights?

    I work in an independent school and was planning to leave in August to be with my family and therefore hand my notice in at the end of term (2weeks time) (my school requires a term's notice). Anyway I have now since found I am 7 weeks pregnant (baby due end of October), if I hand my notice in now stating I am pregnant will I still be entitled to my full maternity money once my contract ends in August or do I get nothing? I lost my last baby at 12 weeks so in an ideal world I would not inform the school until after my scan but have to hand my notice in before that so now not sure what to say? I would be really grateful for any advice I am torn with wanting to do the right thing and be up front with the school and knowing what is best for me financially.
