Learning Objectives/success criteria for mental maths test

    What would be a good LO and SC for a mental maths test? Mixed questions

    I genuinely think you don't need one. It's a test. The objective is to get the questions right. I'm not being antagonistic here as I think SC can and do work for certain lessons but to use them for a test is doing it for the sake of it.

    The most I might use is something involving making jottings.

    Is this an observation? Is it set in stone that you absolutely must have SC for every lesson? If the answer to either of those is no then don't bother. Even if the answer to both is yes, then still don't bother.
