    Hi,
I have an interview for a Learning Mentor (primary) role in two days. I'm keen for advice anyone can give me as I'm worried they will just say I don't have the correct amount of experience.
I previously taught in secondary (art and textiles) me now work as a learning support assistant in primary.
    Thanks,
    Hannah

Go through the job description point by point, and think about how your previous roles/situations have given you relevant experience.

Re-read your application form and covering letter, so you can remember what you said.

    They're interviewing you for a reason :)

I think it would be useful to have a handle on how children learn ? What may affect their performance ( emotional make up, outside influences , ability to cope with challenge. ) Also consider motivation, support mechanisms and mindset.
