Can anyone help? I'm a leader of an AP and don't get a break, lunch, PPA or management time during the teaching day due to the high need of the pupils and level of staffing which I ca't change and am therefore exhausted and overworked.
I can make some small changes next year but has anyone got an idea of what I'm actually entitled to on Leadership as the STPC doesn't apply. It all seems woolly ( apart from PPA). Thanks

Well, if you work more than 6 hours a day you are entitled to an uninterrupted rest of 20 minutes in the middle of the day, which you are allowed to take away from your workstation. That's a statutory right - ie not just teachers.
