Lamb knuckles

  1. I have 3 lovely, chunky lamb knuckles ( only a quid each), what wouldyou do with them?
    I have a slow cooker..am thinking of tomorrow nights tea, after work..

  4. Climber has a few really good variations on one recipe... hold on a mo!
    I think he uses the JO basic recipe and adds beans, lots of beans! Sometimes with lentils. It depends what we have in!
    I make a Moroccan version, usual spices and serve with cous cous. I mix this up with ras hanout and apricots for a change!
    And I am sure Madhur Jaffrey does an Indian version, but I haven't tried it - though I don't know why not!
