I want to make lables for jotters on publisher. I am unsure what to click on next to do this...I want to add all the children's names and then Maths Jotter for example. How do I do this? Thanks in advance :)

I always use Word for this. You type the children's names once with the first subject and then use find and replace to change the subject for subsequent prints.

Should have added you go to mailing, envelopes and labels. The options button allows you to select the Avery label type.
  4. Just get a class list exported to Excel (or another spreadsheet package) from the office (or type them into Excel yourself) and then do a mail merge for each subject, then you don't have to type in their names more than once (or not at all if your office is nice :) )
