KS3 Work

I currently run a Computing department in an Independent school. I use folders for GCSE and A-Level, so work scrutiny is not a problem for these groups. However, KS3 classes save all their work on the computer and do not print it off. This means that marking/feedback for classwork is either peer-assessment or verbal feedback.

    I have a few questions:

    1) How do you operate your KS3? Particularly interested to hear from large KS3 HoDs/teachers (100+ per year) as it is numbers that make it unfeasible to use folders.

    2) How would this system fare under the scrutiny of ISI?

    Thanks
