After a few years gap, the school where I work is re-introducing German. Unfortunately, all the text books have gone missing. In the past, I have used Echo Express and thought it was a sound book but obviously, Echo is now a bit dated. I have inspection copies of Zoom and Stimmt! and wondered what people thought of them?

I am going to be checking out the new KS4 stuff first, before looking at KS3. Our textbooks (that we don't use too often) are now dated, but I want to make sure that when I get funding for more textbooks, we get some that will support development to GCSE from Year 7. Usually, the publishers will let you photocopy some sample pages to try out with your classes - so see what you and the children like?
