KS3 Exploring Science Book 9

  1. Hi,
    could someone tell me what is chemistry is covered in the following units:

    9E Building for the future
    9F Sculpture Park
    9G Cleaning Up
    9H Flying Materials

    We currently use Book 7 and 8 across KS3 and am interested in maybe implementing Book 9 material.

  3. 9E Building for the future = reactions of metals and their compounds
    9F Sculpture Park = patterns of reactivity
    9G Cleaning Up = environmental chemistry
    9H Flying Materials = using chemistry
    Virtually the same content as previous 9E, F, G and H.

    How on earth did they come up with those titles for those topics? This is what happenes when you employ Art Historians to write science syllabusses!
