In December we did the KS2 sample grammar punctuation & spelling English tests 2016 for our end of term test. Unfortunately the children all went down from the 2 previous tests - some by 43 marks! Loads in the -20 and -30 range too. Has anyone else trialed these and what did you think? Do 11 year-old's really need to know what past progressive or what a verb's subjunctive form is? At lunchtime today the staff were trying to get their heads round the harder ones before we helped the kids do their corrections. HELP.

have looked through pages and pages and can't find it.
It's my first time I've posted anything, is there an easy way to find it?

There's a KS2 Sats thread here in the Primary forum.

Is this the discussion you mean? @CarrieV

@CarrieV To create a link I find it easier to have two TES tabs open. One open on the page where I want to write the reply and the other on the page I am linking to.

Copy the address of the page you want to link to.

In the reply box on the thread you want to reply to click on 'link'

and paste the address into the box

If you click 'Insert' then the address will display like this:

However if you select a word before clicking on link and follow the same steps then the link will appear 'under' the selected word like this (I selected the word discussion):

Hope this is clear - have a go! :)
