    That's the least of your worries. The finger will drop off, and the rest will then follow one by one.


    Actually, you are very lucky to get this picture. I googled "Image amputated fingers" and got the most horrific pics. You probably wouldn't have been able to go into school today if you had looked at them. The one where . . . no, no, I won't go into that!

    But I do hope that your finger gets better soon, speaking seriously now!

    If the kitten broke the skin I seriously advise getting an antibiotic. I was badly bitten by my daughter's cat and, in spite of seeing the doctor immediately and being stuffed full of antibiotics, got a very nasty infection. I still haven't, over a year later, regained full use of my hand. Cat bites can be very nasty indeed.
