Just witnessed a car accident ... no injured people

Discussion in 'Personal' started by ResourceFinder, May 27, 2011.

  1. We were driving behind another car and it smashed into a wing mirror of a parked car

LOUD bang and wing mirror everywhere ... the casing flew up and hit us

    car in question drove on

As did we, till the roundabout, then we turned round and went back to tell the owner the number plate

No-one hurt but it was still scary ... maybe I am a wuss

  2. I think things like that are always a bit scary, RF. The noise always sounds bad even if there isn't a lot of damage.
    Glad no one was hurt.

  3. I think it was the noise that was scary tbh

I witnessed a car crash i Chicago last year. The Yanks just walked on by so I went over to check the guy in the car at the rear (who had been cut up by a taxi) was OK. He said he was and I gave him my name and address as a witness partly in the hope that they would fly me back over if the case went to court!

It'll have given you a fright.
I recommend a stiff (purely medicinal) G&T. [IMG]

Just like to point out I'm not a complete dypsomaniac (sp?).
Just watched the Aldi 'tea' ad. [IMG]

I love the Aldi tea ad. I always think of Lily when it's on.

What channel is this Aldi tea ad on? I have never seen it, but I have wind-up TV where I live.
