I was hoping someone else would 'up' this but there are others who might want to contribute:

    HI to All,

I am doing the Race for Life in Bradford on 1st June, which raises money through sponsorship for Cancer Research, I'm sure my Mum would have approved, she always thought us kids should be more active :-D
So I am going to be running/walking in rememberence and respect for her.
You can see how I am doing on my webpage & if you wish to donate that would be most appreciated but certainly not expected.

    Wish me Luck!

    Cheers

  3. Hi it's Kate Connell again.
Just to thank everyone for their kind contributions & messages!
Not all the sponsorships are on my page yet, but I've done some fundraising at work too, a coffee morning & a big quiz and all in all, I'm at about £500 now!
Thank you again to everyone & wish me luck for the race tomorrow xx

    Hi All

I completed the Race for Life, 5k in 40 minutes. You can see some of my photos if you like by the above link. I'm the one with the dark hair, glasses and white top.

I'm shattered because I did my utmost to run as much as I could, which is about half of it in all, I could not do the hills, despite tarrying my best to :) Maybe next year!

again, thanks for all the support!

    Kate x

  8. Oh B*gger! I haven't got any privacy settings on that I can see. Stupid computers!
I'll try and figure out a way for people to see them. The link is definitely OK because I clicked on it before I posted (after previous mistakes - LOL)
