Juggling BTEC activities in one classroom

Discussion in 'Music' started by cyberbell7, Jan 18, 2012.

  1. Hi
I was hoping if there is anyone out there that could give me advice. I have a Y11 class who are doing unit 9 BTEC and currently they are part way through assignment 2 and 3. Assignment 3 is them setting up and doing a multi track recording and assignment 2 is preparing for assignment three. I have a group in the studio and a group in the live room. Then I have a group of students who have finished preparing assignment 2, have researched different people in the music tech industry but can not be trusted to go to practise rooms to practise. Has any got any interesting ideas I could set the group in the classroom. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

This sounds like the famous river-crossing puzzle:
You have a fox, a chicken and a sack of grain. You must cross a
river in a boat that will hold only one of these at a time. If you leave the fox with the
chicken he will eat it; if you leave the chicken with the grain she will
eat it. How can you get all three across safely?
Sorry - no practical help, as I know nothing of BTec. [IMG]
