    I think it's great- but I haven't heard of her before. Why's that I wonder. What happened to Heather Watson? Haven't heard talk of her at the Australian Open.

    She's doing really well, isn't she?

    The first time we've had a lad and a lass i the last 16 in Australia since a long time ago-Jo Dury and one of the Lloyd boys I think.

    Actually to compare her with Z Budd was a bit (a lot) unfair - Ms Konta has been british since 2012 and had lived here for a while before that.

    It doesn't have to be, but it's been a Preston Guild since it last happened for UK tennis players.
