I am looking to move on from my position at an international school in Zambia, preferably to another international job. I have been teaching three years, have and my PGCE and QTS as well as having completed my NQT at a National Challenge school in the UK. I have also been promoted to a management position at my current school. Would it be advisable to apply to posts from Zambia whilst still employed and not be avaliable for face to face interviews, or to apply for jobs from the UK, but not employed? What are employers attitudes?
