I could say something Biz...................but I won't!
Oh Belle.....I should have known!
Biz, you can do so much with it...I don't know where to start...
The best way is just to eat it with some honey swirled through and some toasted nuts on top. Or you could add it into a cake to keep it moist...or transform it into a dip...or add splodges of it to chilli instead of sour cream...or use it to make curry...
I was thinking curry but wouldn't even know where to start
Tzatziki. Perfect on a warm day.
mmmmm with warmed pitta bread
Mix with a spoonful of honey and some fruit eg raspberries or cherries. If you have some add whipped cream, put into an ovenproof dish, thick layer of demerara sugar on top and grill till golden and bubbly. Allow to cool, creme brulee.
Or mix with cream and/or custard, fruit puree, whisk an egg white and fold in, freeze, cheat ice cream.
