I'm pulling my hair out at the moment...

My school wants student data as national curriculum levels, GCSE grades and entry level 3, level 1 etc. I'm trying to make my spreadsheet automatically display the correct corresponding levels dependent on what national curriculum level I enter. Is there a way to do this? I'm trying to use the IF function but not having any luck.

I'd really appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

IF will do it , but not the best way - use a LOOKUP function, e.g. VLOOKUP. Create a table with the lookup grade and the grade that you want next to it, then use LOOKUP to find the new grade.

Thank you. I'll look into that.
