It makes it all worthwhile

    My husband is a primary school head. Yesterday afternoon he was watching the children leaving when a year 3 pupil skittered to a halt in front of him and said "Bye 'Mr Smith ' (names have been changed), thank you for having me ," then he paused and said "I love this school" before continuing on his way. As my husband said why couldn't an Ofsted inspector have been there.
