Is this the statement??

    Hello wise jobseekers!

I'm filling in an application form and there is a section that says "Other Educational Interests/Special Interests". I took that to mean something along the lines of "Interests outside of school" and filled in accordingly (I do a lot of volunteer work so I'm always happy to have a separate section to rattle on about it!) but having looked at the rest of the form there is no other "big empty box" kind of section that would be a statement. The only other empty box section is other training/in service training so obviously not that one.

    What do you all reckon?

    Oh application forms!

Application forms of all shapes and sizes!

    Horrible, aren't they?

Yes, that's fine, as long as it really isn't rattling . . .

So in this case, instead of a statement you have a separate letter of application, with your E.S. as its third page.

Letter of application for a teaching job

    Best wishes

Thank you! I thought that might be the case.

Its very succinct, relevant rattling ;)
