Is this normal with WRS?

I've been off for a while now. Had first absence meeting last week.... in which.... amid some tears... I gave the head both barrels - union rep was taken aback. I'm either in tears, feeling anxious and down or when I let it out... there is no filter - I will not spare anyone's feelings.
Right now, I can't contemplate even the thought of returning to school.

    Concerned about my faulty filter.......

    Yep...totally normal.

Might do the HT some good to hear unfiltered truths.

Perfectly normal. The floodgates have opened. A barrier has been breached. You'll take time to heal/recover.

cathartic for you, and hopefully useful for them to hear to make them sit up and take notice

I'm in a similar position. My first absence meeting is next week. I'm dreading it. I feel I might want to say a few things...

Maybe write a list and read from it? Might help to keep a cool head. Unless you feel you need to vent. Only you know what's for the best.
