    Phew, I wasn't sure if this was a thread that was safe to click on. :rolleyes:

    I have a horrible feeling that I should be feeling sorry for the "other" teacher that will not be returning, I wonder if they were given a proposal that they could not refuse.

    The advice in these situations always to ask for an e-mail/written instruction to carry out the request by SMT. They will never give such an instruction. Always contact your Union about the matter.
