Is this discrimination against part time staff

Discussion in 'Governors' started by s barker, May 24, 2011.

  1. Employers need to save money and have only asked part time staff to consider reducing their hours, amounting to a £5000 loss in annual salary for each member.
Should they not be asking the same question of all staff?

    Welcome to TES, s barker.
  3. Staff certainly should get union advice, but schools can ask what they like.
