  1. Are pupils for GCSE or A level allowed to draw a faint line of their final piece if in the 10 hours etc they will be painting it in?

I know canvases and backgrounds are allowed to be prepped but I have also come from a schoool where projectors are used for pupils to fraw the painting roughly in pencil before the exam. Do you do this and is it allowed?
I have had mexed responses so far.
    Thank you
  2. Hi,

I am currently in process of doing our AS and A2 level art exams and I have allowed them to prime and prep their canvas, this includes backgrounds and projecting an outline. This was considered OK at standardisation.
    Hope that helps
  3. Thats great. Thank you
