Ipads in English?

Discussion in 'Computing and ICT' started by figgins, Nov 12, 2011.

  1. I could get an ipad 2 - through school very cheap - to use at home and in my classroom if I want one. Being a complete technophobe I am unclear how having one would benefit my teaching practice. Any ideas how an ipad would be useful to an English teacher? Thanks, F.

  2. Thanks for the feedback. I really didn't think there was much use for one, but everyone is raving so much about them I thought I would check. I don't actually want one for myself - I can't think of anything I would use it for since I have an actual computer, an e-reader, lots of books, pens and paper and not enough hours in the day for angry whatever-they-ares!
