  1. Hello,

I am coming to end of many first year teaching eyfs. I had an interview today - in a new school - but was not successful. The feedback was that my lesson wasn't 'pacey' . can anyone suggest how to develop this, please? I currently work on my own, without any support at all and could with some outside direction.

    Thank you!

Have you looked back at the books that you used in your PGCE or B.Ed course? Perhaps you just need to remind yourself of some of the dieas and advice that you got then.

Or look on Amazon for some possibles:

  3. Are you an NQT? Without any support? I'm not an EYFS specialist, but something doesn't seem right here.

I would suggest the OP means that it's their first year teaching EYFS not that they are necessarily an NQT.
