Interview Questions for Headteacher's PA

    They might ask why you want to work in a school to check you aren't a weirdo/worse for wanting to work in an environment with kids.
  2. This is a key role in any school and will probably be one of the best paid of the non-teaching staff positions.
    I have interviewed staff for this role and one of the questions I always ask is, "What do you think are the most important characteristics of a good PA"
    What answer would you give?
