Prospects.ac website has useful interview guidance as do the various union publications on getting your first post. Apart from specific questions on your subject and the curriculum expect to talk about general areas such as;behaviour management- what works in your experience, working in a multicultural environment (depending on the area), raising achievement, assessment and monitoring to ensure pupil progress, differentiation ,etc.
Research the school thoroughly and read the Ofsted report to highlight strengths and areas for future development. Keep in mind your 5 strongest features as a teacher and bring these into your answers. Do listen carefully to the questions and answer as specifically as possible focusing upon classroom practice.
    Good luck
