    Good Afternoon,

I've got to give a presentation in interview tomorrow for my current post. Part of the presentation title is:

"...what I would add to the school beyond the duties of a class teacher?"

What sort of thing would they be looking for in this question?

Any ideas would be most welcome. So far, I have extra-curricular activities creating and planning.

    Many thanks,

They're looking to see how appointing you would 'add value/ expertise etc.' to the School. In other words why they should appoint you rather than another candidate.

Don't forget to add anything you are currently doing. So often as an internal one thinks , "Well they know that already."
Treat it like any other interview and 'spell out' anything you already contribute to. After all if you were not to be appointed, those contributions/ activities would be lost.
