Hi I've got an interview lesson on Thursday for a 45min lesson in Reception. I am going to do a lesson that worked very well for me during placement on measures (capacity). But during this lesson I focussed on child-initiated/observation through exploring. I did not have an adult-led activity. Would you suggest I have an adult-led activity for this interview lesson? I loved being able to go around to the children with the different activities I'd set up and talk to them/question them, I got so much info. But I know some Headteacher's like to see written work in interviews (such as my current placement HT!).

    What would you suggest? Thanks.
