Are there any focus areas your school is working towards? Im interviewing at a school that needs to improve attainment in writing according to their last ofsted and the 20 min (though id prefer 30) minute task is a session to develop ambitious language. I like this spec as it is specific enough to give me a clear focus but broad enough to allow candidates to put their own spin on it.

  2. Our focus is to improve writing attainment. I want a task where it is possible to have some kind of end result in half an hour, and allows the candidates to 'show off'.
