Interview help requested: Do you have any questions?

Discussion in 'Senior Leadership Team' started by dragon5, Mar 25, 2011.

  1. My interview skills are diabolical and so I've been reading up on how to be more convincing at interviews. One thing I read is that every question is an opportunity to sell yourself. This is also true when you are asked at the end of the interview do you have any questions. What sort of questions are good to ask when being interviewed for the post of DHT. I have visited the school and done my research and so I know a fair bit already. I have read the handbook and the school improvement plan. I don't want to sound poorly informed. As a person who has interviewed others I really don't want to ask questions which are tricky for the HT to answer or make me sound like a smartarse.
