Hello, I have an upcoming interview for a post at a Hospital Educational Unit.
I am so excited about the prospect of working within this unit, that I want to make sure the interview goes well. I have been tasked with a 10 minute presentation to the panel, providing an example of how you could adapt the National Curriculum to meet the needs of children in hospital.
I have some ideas, individual learning journals for each child, to document their learning whilst in the setting. Individual learning for each child, very much a child centred approach, using their likes and interests and incorporating these into the work.
Does anybody already work in a HES that could let me know if I am heading in the right direction?
    Many thanks in advance.
