I have been asked by my HT to plan an activity (written) that someone could complete in an interview for an EAL teaching support assistant post on Friday this week.
I am not entirely sure what to plan... I thought about an acitivity that involved using puppets, number games etc and how they would use these items.
    Can anyone suggest anything?

Unclear if you have to provide planning for a lesson for them to deliver or to use as a stimulus for them to suggest a use for or whether they have to write about what they would do in such a lesson?
May be able to help more if more clear.
