  2. As governments sow they will reap, but continue to blame teachers when things go wrong. An excellent blog, I like the quote, "even Uganda, a third world country does not allow people without teaching qualifications to teach." Brilliant. I fear it will take 5-10 years down the line before the really strong negative impact will be undeniably evident, too late for some of us now.
