    I suffer from insomnia, but I no longer let it worry me. I know that at some point I will get a good night 's sleep. I find it I sleep propped up I sleep better. Also, as daft as it sounds, sleeping with my reading glasses on sometimes helps. I think it's to do with the pressure.

    Totally understand why a weighted blanket might help. I like to have cushions or extra pillows on my feet.
