Inclusion manager interview - what questions could I be asked?

I've got an interview on Monday and am starting to get nervous now. I work in a SEN unit attached to a mainstream school so am fairly happy with the children side of it so to speak. I realise that Inclusions manager is bound to also include EAL (lots of experience of so fine), the Nurture room I know they have (absolutely no experience but will be reading this wkend) and maybe G&T? Any other areas people can think of? (I have also started reading the green paper)
I suppose I'm more worried about the managementy type of questions they might ask as although I am in a management type position at the moment I kind of fell into it so it wasn't brought up in my orginal interview and this will be higher up the management chain!! Any ideas as to the types of things they might ask?
