iMedia Vs. OCR Information Technologies

    Hi all,

I currently teach OCR iMedia but I'm looking into the recent OCR Information Technologies course. At first glance it looks a lot more straight forward but I wondered if anyone had more experience with it? The coursework which is worth 50% and should take around 20 hours looks comparable in size to an iMedia unit which is worth 25% and should be done in 10 hours.

    All opinions welcome.

My question would be what course is best for your students. Which engages them the most. For us it is IMedia as they enjoy the design aspect (especially the girls).

Did everyone know the units have been updated?
