I'm in the mood for baking, but I must not eat lots of lovely food!
I've had enough of baking for other people, so do you have any ideas that would help satisfy my need, and produce healthy food?

    Thanks!

    Flapjacks?
    Beacon hill cookies?
    Beetroot brownies?
Basic cake mix but using the whisking method instead?
All I can think of for now...

    Thanks

    I'll go back to
in a moment - it looked to be loads of cakes and muffins at a first glance!

Not really sure flapjack is good for me either... but thanks! I'll keep trying...

  7. What about chocolate muffins made with oats, these are quite healthy and tasty. Sorry I'm plugging my own blog, but I can't find the recipe I used online http://dulwichmunchies.blogspot.com/2011/06/healthy-chocolate-muffins.html They are still a but naughty, but a bit more forgiving.
