I've two problems with IKEA at the moment, but even more irritated that it appears impossible to send an email to complain. All the website links either tell you to phone or go through a form asking for details like order number which I don't have. I just want to send an email about 2 products, but cannot find an address for customer service or feedback. I'm not returning either product, one needs a new part they don't stock, one is an extra item they should sell but don't. HAs anyone ever found a way to complain to IKEA, I've searched ceoemail.com and got the CEO email but does anyone ever read those emails?
