If you are acting up for a period of time...

  1. What happens, when that period is over, with regard to your salary? If you are finishing the acting role and taking on something different, would you go back to your previous salary or can the HT put you on a lower point on the leadership spine?

If you have been acting up you could expect to go to a much lower salary, all depends on how bad your acting up has been.[IMG]
However if you have been acting headteacher I would expect to go back to your previous post/salary![IMG]
