Ideas for labelling iPad app

Over the last few months I've been writing my first iPad app. Called Labels: Materials, I've written it to support pupiis that I teach in a specialist school for communication and interaction. Pupils can drag labels onto different background images, with six different backgrounds provided. The iPad camera can also be used to take a photograph ready for labelling. The labels can be dragged around the screen, with a longer press resulting in the name of the label being spoken (see the video below).

The main reason for my post is to gather ideas for future apps. I've just finished Labels: School; this will feature background images of, for example, classrooms and other locations around school. Next I'm going to be working on Labels: Living Things; this will features lots of plants and animals to label. I'd be very grateful if anyone can share any ideas that they have for future labelling apps. I'm very keen to hear of anything people would find useful.
