Ideas for extra curricular club

Discussion in 'Design and technology' started by plmccahi, Feb 7, 2011.

  1. Hi,
Has anyone any ideas for types of products students could manufacture within an extra curricular Resistant Materials club. We have an abundance of Acrylic and Plywood, and it would be good to find a use for it.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

  3. What equipment do you have available? How many students? How much time are you willing to devote to this? What are you interested in? What would you like to spend your time looking at? If you are interested, then the students will be as well! I like to use after-school clubs to train up an elite task force of students on new machinery, who can then disseminate good practise etc. back in lessons. They love it.
