I am about to finish off a really big cake for an event tomorrow. Cake is ready - two big tray bakes and I was going to use butter cream but I did wonder if there is a way of making a better frosting for this? I have to write on the cake a lot too and have bought some little tubes to do this.
    Any ideas?
