It has elements that are similar to T4W but I can’t renember his name to do more research into it. Does anybody know the name? Or has used it?

    A punctuation system?
Like full stops, capital letters, commas and the like?
Do schools need a specially designed system? Can't they use the same one as the rest of the population?

Is it the punctuation kung fu style? I can't recall the name, might have been Phil or Paul something.

You could be talking about Alan Peats?
