I have an interview tomorrow, any tips to make me attractive to an independent school

  1. Just that really!
I have an interview tomorrow for a teaching post in a large independent day school. I am currently employed in the state sector and was trained in this sector. I have never taught in the independent sector although I was educated myself in a state grammar which was fairly similar to this school. I have good GCSEs and A-levels, a good degree and PhD in my subject as well as 5 years experience teaching my subject to A-level. I am also an examiner for AS. I am involved in a lot of extra-curricular sport, dofe etc. I think I meet their spec very well but is there anything specific to an independent school that I will need to stress in my interview?
