Does anyone feel a bit exhausted? I have read some of the trying to get excited for Christmas themes, and feel a little aflame ( off to meet the offspring en masse on Saturday), Might make some mince pies, but not got the festive bug.

Furiously knitting a " Brighton Scarf" for one Boyfriend in law, incorporating his flag and the pavilion and a few fish ( it's tantric) and off my severe knitting skill library, but I still feel flat.

Got the expensive phoney think for one off spring, another wants money and the Russian and my son are just in a state of relief to be honest after all the legal work I've done.

There is a time in life to say, children of mine, just come and plant my privett, and you may be fed.

I just clean my kitchen on Christmas Day.
Absolutely everything comes out into the living room and I spray and scour all day.
I may decorate the spare room and make it into a little den for my baby Grandson instead this year.
Who wants to be spending silly amounts of money pointlessly?
I may visit my Mum in the evening who used to volunteer as a Salvation Army helper and now goes as a guest!

£350's a lot of money to possibly leave on a bus.

You don't know my daughter. She has an IQ at least 135, but can't remember where she put her coat. I just got her another. Heaven help us if she ever gives birth, since my other daughter says she will probably just leave it on a bus!

Do you spray and scour with shower gel?

Not really. Don't give the thingy to start with and then it can't be left on a bus in Brighton or anywhere else. I'm blowed if I'd waste £350 of my money on a thingy destined to be left on a bus!

And an IQ of 135 is not really that high.

Blimey. My IQ was measured once and it was 137... I had no idea I was so high amongst the population! Right, I'm off to ask my HT for a pay-rise as, obviously, my school are incredibly lucky to have me.

If teachers don't know about IQ then all children are lost.

Yes, really. There's no need to be rude to or about other posters.

To whom do you think I was being rude? Persons who don't know much, I guess, but you'd have to name them.
